Richard Cambray qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1992, having graduated from the Royal Agricultural College in 1989, moving to Shropshire in 1990 from where he has continued to practice, initially in the public sector at Shropshire county council, and subsequently in private practice, before joining up with James to form Picardy.

James Haselwood is a chartered surveyor, qualifying whilst with Carter Jonas and completing Blah degree at Harper Adams, remaining with Carter Jonas predominately in the rural professional department before joining Picardy.
